Configure integrations with CRM Analytics and other

Net Zero Cloud Managers (Sustainability Managers)
Create and update Net Zero Cloud records.
Modify CRM Analytics dashboards.
Use advanced Net Zero Cloud features, such as BEI
Builder, emissions forecasting, and data-gap filling.
View sustainability scorecards by using the
External Engagement Management User permission.
Net Zero Cloud Users
Create or view specific object records based on
configuration by the Salesforce Administrator.
View specific CRM Analytics dashboards based on
configuration by the Salesforce Administrator.
Typically, this type of users does limited data entry and
viewing, and don’t have permissions to use advanced
features, such as BEI Builder or data-gap filling.
Net Zero Cloud doesn’t provide a permission set for
this user. Salesforce administrators determine the
permission levels instead.
Net Zero Cloud Light Users (Facility Managers)
Create and update energy use, waste, and water
records.
Create and update social and governance data.
Use data loading tools.
Net Zero Cloud Auditors
Read-only access to Net Zero Cloud records.
Review the data in the objects and reports.
View CRM Analytics dashboards.
Collaborate with Net Zero Cloud teams by using
Chatter during the verification process.
View the embedded dashboard for carbon credit
allocation.
Partner Community Users
Partner community users, such as suppliers, can use Experience Cloud
and the Experience Cloud site that you create to upload sustainability
scorecard information.
