Manage Suppliers

Add supplier information to aggregate supplier emissions data.

Required Editions

Available in: Lightning Experience
Available in: Enterprise, Performance, Unlimited, and Developer Editions
Permission Set Needed
To enter and modify data:

Net Zero Cloud Manager

OR

Net Zero Cloud Admin

If your procurement data has supplier information, load supplier records before loading the procurement data. For procurement datasets over 10,000 records use the Data Loader tool to load the supplier records. Before loading the data into Net Zero Cloud, aggregate the data into one row per supplier per unique set of spending categories.

To create a supplier record:

  1. From the Scope 3 Hub, click Manage Suppliers.
  2. Click New.
  3. Enter a supplier name.
  4. Select an appropriate account that corresponds to the supplier; or create an account for the new supplier.
  5. Enter information for any optional fields.
  6. Save your changes.
