If you’re new to Salesforce, here are some standard Salesforce features available to navigate and use Net Zero Cloud.

Required Editions

Available in: Lightning Experience

Available in: Enterprise, Performance, Unlimited, and Developer Editions

List Views

The Recently Viewed list is the default. To view all the records, select All and pin it.

Kanban Views

A kanban board is a visual representation of a workflow process and is useful for tracking individual records through the stages of a workflow. To change from the default Table view to the kanban view, from Display As, select Kanban.

Page Layouts

Page layouts control the organization of buttons, fields, and related lists on object record pages. They also determine which fields are visible, required, or read-only.

You can change page layouts by adding, removing, or moving the location of the fields. For permission issues, seek assistance from your Salesforce admin.
