Summarize Employee Demographic Information

An employee demographic summary includes information about all employees who work for your organization.

Required Editions

Available in: Lightning Experience
Available in: Enterprise, Performance, Unlimited, and Developer Editions
Permission Set Needed
To enter and modify data:

Net Zero Cloud Manager

OR

Net Zero Cloud Admin

OR

Net Zero Cloud Light
Note
Note Our platform provides you with the option to track data that you deem appropriate. We don't mandate or require you to enter any specific data. The decision to enter and track information, as well as the nature and extent of that data, rests solely with you.
  1. From the App Launcher, find and select Employee Demographic Summaries.
  2. Click New.
  3. Select the type of report that uses the employee statistics.
  4. If this summary is for a subsidiary company, select the subsidiary account.

    If you selected the subsidiary account and the disclosure reporting period isn’t associated with an affiliate account, Net Zero Cloud considers this record as subsidiary company data.

  5. Select a disclosure reporting period.
  6. Select the type of employment.
  7. Select the type of work done by the employees.
  8. Enter the employee details for gender, age group, and region.
  9. Enter the count of employees based on a combination of employment type, work type, gender, age group, and region.
  10. Enter the percentage of employees based on a combination of employment type, work type, gender, age group, and region.
  11. Save your changes.
