            Set Up Interest Tags to Tag your Disclosure Questions and Responses

            Interest tags are used to tag a user’s disclosure questions and response preferences. Search for common interest tags to look for responses when filling out the disclosure questionnaire. Make sure that everyone in your company uses a common interest tag dictionary and records are consistently tagged with terms from that global repository.

            Required Editions

            Available in: Enterprise, Performance, Unlimited, and Developer Editions
            User Permissions Needed
            To configure interest tags: Access Interest Tags for Financial Services Cloud
            1. Set up topics for each of these objects before you set up interest tags:
              • Assessment Question
              • Assessment Question Set
              • Assessment Question Response
              • Document Clauses
              • Document Clause Sets
            2. To tag a user’s disclosure questions and response preferences, set up interest tags.
            3. Add the Interest Tags Lightning component to the assessment question pages by using the edit page option so that users can easily add the appropriate tags to the records.
