- Prerequisites for Setting Up Disclosures
To set up Disclosure and Compliance Hub, make sure that you have the required licenses and permissions. - Install and Configure Omnistudio
To help users create a guided interaction for the disclosure questionnaire, you must install and configure Omnistudio. - Create and Assign a Disclosure and Compliance Permission Set Group to Users
A permission set group streamlines permissions assignment and management. Bundle permission sets together based on user job functions. Users assigned the permission set group receive the combined permissions of all the permission sets in the group. - Manage Disclosure Questionnaire Information in Discovery Framework
Use Discovery Framework to import and export disclosure questions. Then generate documents based on the questions and the document template as part of an Omniscript guided interaction flow. - Create a Disclosure and Compliance Hub Profile
Define how users access objects and data, and which actions they can perform. - Give Users Access to the Disclosure and Compliance Hub
Add and assign profiles to Disclosure and Compliance Hub users. - Enable the Disclosure and Compliance Hub
Extract data, answer questions, collaborate with other users, and generate disclosures with Disclosure and Compliance Hub. - Copy Previously Submitted Disclosure Responses
Save time and the effort of entering responses to the same questions repeated every year. By adding the prefill integration to an Omniscript, you can access data from previously submitted responses. - Set Up Interest Tags to Tag your Disclosure Questions and Responses
Interest tags are used to tag a user’s disclosure questions and response preferences. Search for common interest tags to look for responses when filling out the disclosure questionnaire. Make sure that everyone in your company uses a common interest tag dictionary and records are consistently tagged with terms from that global repository. - Set Up Disclosure Document Generation
Use Omnistudio Document Generation to generate disclosures using the client-side or server-side Omniscripts. - Add the Server-Side Document Generation Setting for Omnistudio
You can set up the default mechanism for document generation on the server side. Server-side document generation is an asynchronous process that supports large volumes and batch generation. - Integrate Microsoft 365 Azure with Salesforce for Net Zero Cloud
Author disclosure reports directly in Microsoft 365 Word by using the Salesforce Disclosure and Compliance Hub for Microsoft 365 Word add-in. To establish a secure connection between Salesforce and the add-in, configure a Microsoft Azure app, authentication provider, and named credential. - Integrate Google Docs with Salesforce for Net Zero Cloud
Author disclosure reports directly in Google Docs by using the Salesforce Disclosure and Compliance Hub Connector add-on. To establish a secure connection between Salesforce and the add-in, configure a Google Developer client, authentication provider, and named credential. - Set Up Disclosure Metadata
Use metadata to bind the common components, such as the disclosure type, description, description version, and the Omniscript, or Microsoft 365 Word, or Google Doc documents. - Allowlist External Domains To Show Disclosures in an Inline Frame
To enable the Salesforce Disclosure and Compliance Hub Connector for Word app to show your disclosures in an inline frame (iframe), allowlist your org domains in the session settings. - Configure Information Library
Use Information Library to collect and organize Environmental, Social, and Governance information into a single source and use it across multiple reports and disclosures. - ESG Report Generation with Einstein Generative AI
Use Einstein generative AI to streamline the labor-intensive process of drafting environment, social, and governance (ESG) reports. Upload previous years’ reports or any other internal documents such as environmental policies and reduce the time spent in creating responses by using answers generated by analyzing the uploaded documents. You can draft ESG reports directly in Microsoft 365 Word by using the Salesforce Disclosure and Compliance Hub for Microsoft 365 Word add-in. This feature is supported only in English. - Agentforce for Net Zero
Use generative AI to answer questions and draft text snippets from environmental, social, and governance (ESG) disclosure reports. Collect ESG program data, such as utility data, and gain insights and understand trends from environmental data. Engage with multiple stakeholders to collect data. - How Independent Software Vendors Configure Disclosures
Independent software vendors (ISVs) can create questions in Discovery Framework and configure a guided process in Omnistudio to store responses and generate disclosures. - Manage CSRD Report Templates
Use the improved Corporate Sustainability Reporting Directive (CSRD) reporting template to make your environmental, social, and governance (ESG) reporting easier. The prebuilt CSRD report builder simplifies setup and reduces installation complexity. - Install Net Zero Cloud Disclosures Managed Packages
Net Zero Cloud offers disclosure packages you can install to create disclosures. These packages provide specific versions of prebuilt disclosure report templates for CDP, Global Reporting Initiative (GRI), and Sustainability Accounting Standards Board (SASB). - Upgrade the Net Zero Cloud Disclosure Managed Package to New Version
To generate reports by using the latest Disclosure and Compliance Hub template, upgrade your Net Zero Cloud GRI, or CDP disclosure managed packages from an old version to a new supported version. These packages are available only in English.
