Set Up Forecast Periods

Edit the sample emissions forecast set period groups to modify the periods for which forecasts are generated.

User Permissions Needed
To view setup pages:	View Setup and Configuration
To forecast emissions for future years based on advanced account forecasting:	Forecast Emissions User

From Setup, in the Quick Find box, enter Manufacturing and then select Advance Account Forecasting.
Go to the Period Groups tab.
From the action menu, select Edit.

Update these details:

Field	Description
Start Period	Starting period from which to generate forecasts. For example, to generate forecasts starting from six periods after the current period, enter 6. To view historical data starting from six periods before the current period, enter −6. To generate forecasts starting from the current period, enter 0.
Display Duration	Number of periods for which to generate and show account forecasts.
Type	Type of period. For Net Zero Cloud forecasting, this value is Yearly.

Note Net Zero Cloud emissions forecasts can't be generated for custom fiscal periods.
