            Set Up the Data Collection Agent

            Configure the Data Collection Agent to collect data from stakeholders by assigning tasks and sending emails.

            Required Editions

            User Permissions Needed
            To view setup pages: View Setup and Configuration
            To build Employee agents:

            Manage AI Agents

            AND

            Manage Agentforce Employee Agents

            OR

            Customize Application
            To enable Disclosure and Compliance Hub: Disclosure and Compliance Hub User
            To enable Einstein for disclosure authoring: Use Einstein to Author Disclosures
            1. Set Up Agentforce for Net Zero Cloud.
            2. Enable these Disclosure and Compliance Hub settings.
              • Manage Disclosure and Compliance Hub
              • Einstein for Disclosure Authoring
            3. Create a Data Collection agent from an Agentforce Employee Agent template.
            4. Complete your setup and customize the ESG Reporting Agent.
              1. From Setup, in the Quick Find box, find and select Agentforce Agents.
              2. Launch your agent in Agentforce Builder.
              3. If your agent is active, deactivate it.
              4. From the sidebar, select Topics.
              5. On the Topics panel, click New, and then select Add from Asset Library.
              6. Select Data Collection, and then click Finish.
