    Learn how Outcome Management maps to common methodologies. Read about an example use case. Get a trial org to explore the product. Get to know the Outcome Management app and home page.
  • Outcome Management Setup
    Turn on Outcome Management. Learn about editions and permissions. Decide if you want to do additional customizations.
  • Define Outcomes and Outcome Activities
    Add outcomes to track the changes that you expect to see. Use outcome activities to connect outcomes to the efforts, such as programs, benefits, or care plans, that contribute to the desired end goal.
  • Create an Impact Strategy and Assign It to Outcomes
