Manage Dynamic Attributes in Agentforce Revenue Management

Attributes are the key characteristics or properties of products. Define your attributes, and then assign them to your products using product classifications.

          Required Editions

          View supported products and editions.
          Example
Example A mobile phone product can have attributes like size, weight, storage capacity, display size, and camera specifications. A television can have a different set of characteristics like display type, connectivity, sound output, and smart TV.

When working with attributes, you can:

          • Create attributes as text, number, date, datetime, checkbox, picklist, currency, and percent.
          • Organize attributes into logical groups called attribute categories.
          • Assign attributes to products using product classifications.
          • Override an attribute assignment if you need to specify a different attribute for that product.
          Note
Note The primary method for assigning attributes to products is through Product Classifications. To learn more, see Create Product Templates Using Product Classifications.
