Close deals faster and smarter with Guided Product Selection. By using a series of
targeted questions accessed through the Guide Me button on your product lists, you'll instantly
uncover exactly what your customers need.
Note Guided Product Selection is available only for Salesforce Lightning Service Console
users.
To get started with Guided Product Selection, follow all instructions in each section:
Enable Guided Product Selection Before you configure Guided Product Selection to help users find the right products, you must enable Product Discovery, Discovery Framework, Omnistudio, and Guided Product Selection. Then, deploy a predefined template to create an Omniscript that’s used to configure questionnaires.
Create and Deploy Requirement Assessment Forms for Guided Product Selection For each requirement that you want to provide guidance for, create a set of questions, add the questions to a form, add logic to the form, and deploy the form. When your users (such as sales reps and customers) answer these questions, Guided Product Selection uses the answers to show the most suitable products.
