Custom Configurator Development with First-Party Configurator APIs
As a third-party user, build a custom configurator UI by using the public Configurator
APIs. Incorporate the existing first-party configurator UI components for a familiar look and
feel, and deliver a personalized experience by using the configurator API
functionalities.
The configurator API includes Agentforce Revenue Management services such as Context Service, Business Rules
Engine, Constraint Rules Engine, and Salesforce Pricing. Third-party users can turn on or turn
off the Agentforce Revenue Management features. The configurator API is available as a Connect API or a wire
adapter. For more information on the configurator API, see Product Configurator in the Agentforce Revenue Management Developer
Guide.
Apart from the first-party configurator APIs, third-party users can also build a custom
configurator by using the elements of the first-party configurator UI.
