Program Management provides a home page and console app to help you manage your daily tasks. From the App Launcher, find and select Program Management. Ask your Salesforce admin to add the Program Management home page if you don't see it in your Program Management console app.
The Program Management home page provides a snapshot of your programs. To see its full potential, come back to this home page after you add your program and benefit records. It includes such useful information as recently viewed programs and benefits, new inbound referrals, upcoming benefit sessions, and indicators that show how you're tracking against your program management targets.
To plan for upcoming sessions and review new inbound referrals, visit the home page at the start of your day. You can check the records by clicking them on the home page. Alternatively, use the navigation menu in the console app to select objects.
