Use a quick action to add participants to a program. To create a multi-program
application or to collect more information from an applicant during the intake process, use the
Intake Lightning app instead.

User Permissions
Needed
To add individuals to programs:
Advanced Program Management permission set
OR
Education Cloud
Full Access permission set
OR
Net Zero Cloud Admin OR Net Zero Cloud
Manager permission set
In the Program Management app navigation menu, select
Programs.
Select a program, and then click Add Participants.
Note A participant can have only one active program enrollment at a
time.
In Choose Participants from, select Accounts or
Contacts.
Select the participants from the list.
To find names in long lists, either search for a specific name, or filter using list
views.
Save your changes.
For each participant that you add to the program, Salesforce creates a program
enrollment record with the default status. If you don't have a default status, the status
is set to Applied.
