            Program Management Prerequisites

            To prepare your org for Program Management, complete these tasks.

            Required Editions

            Available in: Education Cloud, Nonprofit Cloud, and Public Sector Solutions. View edition availability.
            User Permissions Needed
            To turn on program management or program cohorts:

            Advanced Program Management permission set

            OR

            Education Cloud Full Access permission set
            1. From Setup, in the Quick Find box, enter Program and Benefit Management Settings, and select it.
            2. Under Program and Benefit Management, enable these settings:
              • Create and manage your programs, benefits, and goals.
              • Create and manage program cohorts.
            3. If you're migrating a large amount of data into Program Management, turn on Allow benefit assignments with inactive program enrollments.
              Program Management won't require programs to be active to create benefit assignments for them, which reduces friction during large data migrations.
