Use Record Alerts to get notified that you must act on a record to process an application
or address a constituent concern. Or use record alerts to monitor concerns about grades,
attendance, and other areas that affect student success.

The Record Alert component shows caseworkers, application reviewers, and other users when a
record needs their attention. It provides a description of the alert and organizes
alerts by categories, such as type, priority, and severity. Users can dismiss or snooze
alerts.
