          Use the Participant Management Agent

          Assigned users of the Participant Management agent can access the agent from any page in the Nonprofit Cloud CRM.

          Required Editions

          Available in: Lightning Experience
          Available in: Enterprise, Professional, Unlimited, and Developer Editions with the Agentforce for Nonprofits Add On license, or to the Agentforce 1 Nonprofit Edition, where Program Management is enabled. Requires each user to have the Agentforce or Einstein add-on to access the actions.
          User Permissions Needed

          To execute actions in Employee Agent agents: SEE THIS PAGE FOR DETAILS
          To run flows: Run Flows
          To run prompt templates: Execute Prompt Templates
          To use the Program Management assistive AI features: Programs Assistive AI
          To use the Create Referral action: Create Referral permission set
          To use the Create Participant Benefits action: Advanced Program Management permission
          To use the Get Participant Goal action: Advanced Program Management permission set
          To use the Prepare Participant Notes action: Interaction Summary permission set

          Requests and prompts that you enter into the Agentforce panel create referrals, update participant goals, create benefit disbursements, create tasks, and prepare notes related to program participants.

          1. To open the agent, click the Agentforce icon (Einstein icon).
          2. Enter a request into the Agentforce panel.
            Request Example Result
            Update Nancy Cruz’s goal to find a job to In Progress. Updates the Goal Assignment record for the mentioned person account
            Record 30 minutes of job counseling for Alex Parker. Creates a Benefit Disbursement record
            Remind me to call Jordan Bennett about their housing application on Friday. Creates a task record
            Refer Maria Carter to our emergency housing program. Creates a referral record
            Clean up and create a note for Matthew Ramos. Meeting info: 6/3/25 Central Office 4pm PT; Monthly check-in, 6 months in program, doing well; Working part-time at grocery store, attending job training workshops; Struggling with budgeting, overspending on food and entertainment; Reviewed budget, created revised spending plan; Referred to financial literacy class starting next week; Interested in scholarships for community college. Formats and organizes the provided notes or meeting summary into a formal structured client note. Creates an Interaction Summary and Interaction Summary after confirmation of satisfaction with the generated note.
            Note
            Note Person accounts were not built to work with Nonprofit Success Pack and therefore, are not supported for use with NPSP. If Person Accounts are not already enabled in your org, don't enable them. Once you turn on Person Accounts in your organization, you can't turn the feature off.
