Attendance summaries are available on Program Enrollment and Benefit Session records.
Attendance is calculated on sessions and programs that have statuses of Completed. If you've
customized status values in Salesforce, you can also customize the formulas in the Calculate
Benefit Session and Program Enrollment Attendance Rate Data Processing Engine (DPE) template
to work with those custom statuses.
The Attendance data is available on the Program Enrollment and Benefit Session page layouts,
on the Details tab, under the Attendance Details section. The data included in the attendance
summary includes the number of people who attended, the number of people who were marked as
absent, and the overall rate of attendance for the session. If you’ve customized the page
layouts, you can add the attendance summary data to the page layouts in Setup.
The attendance summary data helps you understand participant engagement at-a-glance. You can
easily track key program success metrics and share them with funders.
