          Capture Interaction Notes

          Take meeting notes; record attendees, the interaction date and time, and other details; add tags; upload documents; and share notes with other users by using a single guided flow.

          Required Editions

          View supported product editions.
          User Permissions Needed
          To create and edit interaction notes:

          Interaction Summary

          AND

          OmniStudio User

          For every interaction note that you create, Salesforce creates corresponding interaction and interaction summary records. 

          Here’s how to create notes related to a case.

          1. From the App Launcher, find and select Cases.
          2. Select a case.
          3. On the Interaction Summaries tab, click New Interaction Note.
          4. Enter notes and next steps.
          5. Optionally, attach supporting documents for the interaction.
          6. Enter a name for the interaction, and select the interaction type.
          7. Optionally, add interest tags and attendees.
          8. Select users or user groups with whom you want to share the note, and select the type of access they have.
            The Share with Users section is available only if the admin has configured compliant data sharing for interactions and interaction summaries.
          9. Save your changes.
