With Audit Trail, intake agents or customer service representatives can see the engagement interaction records that are created when someone verifies a constituent's identity by using the Identity Verification flow. See lists of engagement interaction records by date range and select any record to view its details, including the overall status, verification questions, and verification status for each question.
