          • The Send Visit Summary Email flow uses the Send Email flow action to send emails to the primary business owner. Each licensed org can send single emails to a maximum of 5,000 external email addresses, or recipients, per day. A day is based on Greenwich Mean Time (GMT). After you’ve sent 5,000 external emails in a day, the agent can’t send new emails to complaint participants till the next day. See Flow Core Action: Send Email.
          • The visit summary email can include up to 45 records cumulatively across these objects: Regulatory Code Violation, Violation Enforcement Action, and Regulatory Transaction Fee. Exceeding this limit can cause the large language model (LLM) to generate unexpected email output.
          • You can upload multiple policy documents to the Agentforce Data Library and use a single retriever ID to handle the files.
