Update the existing profiles and user records for compliance officers and inspectors. Give users the permissions they need to complete their tasks.

Set Up User Profiles
Update the profiles for compliance officers to let them run Salesforce flows.
Required Editions
If a profile for compliance officers doesn’t exist, create one. See Set Up User Profiles for Public Sector Solutions.

To update a profile:
- From Setup, in the Quick Find box, enter Profiles, and then select Profiles.
- Next to the Compliance Officer profile, click Edit.
- In the General User Permissions section, select Run Flows.
- Save your changes.
Set Up Sharing Settings
For users to be able to have the right level of access to each others’ data, make sure the sharing settings for the required objects are configured correctly.
Use this table and make sure the listed objects are configured with the minimum access requirements.

Set Field-Level Security
Give compliance officers access to the Inspection Overview field on the Visit object to store the email draft.
The email draft overrides any existing data in the Inspection Overview field. To prevent data loss, create a custom field to store the email draft, and update the Email Visit Details flow to use it.

- From Setup, in Object Manager, select Visit.
- Click Fields & Relationships.
- Click Inspection Overview and then click Set Field-Level Security.
- For the Compliance Officer profile, select Visible, and then save your changes.
Customize the Create Visit Summary Flow
Modify the out-of-the-box flow, Create Visit Summary, to include a link to your license and permit Experience Cloud site. The site link is used in the visit summary that is later emailed to the business owner.

- From Setup, in the Quick Find box, enter Flows, and then select Flows.
- Click Create Visit Summary.
- In the Flow Builder, under Toolbar, click Manager.
- Under Variables, click LpiCommunityLink.
- Replace the default value with the link to your license and permit site.
- Click Done.
- Save your changes and activate the flow.
