          Create and Assign Evaluations

          Create application form evaluation records with the hiring manager and interviewers as evaluators. Add action plans to the application form evaluation records to create assessment tasks for the evaluators. Share an application form and the related application form evaluations with the hiring manager and the interviewers.

          Required Editions

          User Permissions Needed
          To create application form evaluations: Talent Recruitment Management Specialist Access
          To create action plans and include assessment tasks:

          Dynamic Assessment Access

          AND

          Industries Assessment

          AND

          Action Plans

          AND

          Talent Recruitment Management Specialist Access

          To share application forms and application form evaluations in a compliant manner: Use Compliant Data Sharing
          1. Filter job applications for a recruitment requisition to view application forms in the Screened stage.
          2. Apply filters on the search results to find a particular applicant’s application form.
          3. Select the application form from the search results.
          4. Update the application form stage to Evaluation.
          5. Share the application form with the hiring manager and interviewers.
            1. Click the Related tab, and on the Application Form Participants related list, click New.
            2. In Participant, select User, and then search for and select the hiring manager.
            3. In Participant Role, select the compliant data sharing role for the hiring manager.
            4. To add context about the participant, enter your comments.
            5. Select Active.
            6. Save your changes.
            7. Similarly, share the application form with the interviewers.
          6. Create an application form evaluation with the hiring manager as the evaluator.
            1. Click the Evaluation tab, and on the Application Form Evaluations related list, click New.
            2. In Application Form Evaluator, search for and select the hiring manager.
            3. Save your changes.
              The record page of the application form evaluation opens.
          7. Add an action plan for the evaluation.
            1. Click the Action Plans tab, and on the Action Plans list, click New Plan.
            2. Enter a name for the action plan and select a start date.
            3. Select the action plan template for the action plan.
            4. Click Next, and then save your changes.
          8. Share the application form evaluation with the hiring manager.
            1. Click the Related tab, and on the Application Form Evaluation Participants related list, click New.
            2. In Participant, select User, and then search for and select the hiring manager.
            3. In Participant Role, select the compliant data sharing role for the hiring manager.
            4. To add context about the participant, enter your comments.
            5. Select Active.
            6. Save your changes.
          9. Similarly, create application form evaluations and action plans for the interviewers, and then share the records with them. If necessary, create an application form evaluation and action plan for an HR specialist to provide their feedback.
