          Set Up Caseworker Productivity Analytics for Investigative Cases

          Get insights into case trends, caseload distribution, and case processing times with the Caseworker Productivity App.

          Required Editions

          View supported product editions.
          User Permissions Needed
          To access case proceedings objects and features: Case Proceedings
          To customize Omniscripts: OmniStudio Admin
          To create custom buttons or links and add them to page layouts: Customize Application
          1. Enable Case Referrals.
          2. Review the data requirements for the dashboards.
          3. Assign admin permissions.
          4. Assign user permissions.
          5. Enable CRM Analytics.
          6. Install the Caseworker Productivity app.
          7. Keep analytics up to date.

          You can set up Caseworker Productivity Analytics by using the guided setup assistant. From Setup, in the Quick Find box, enter Program and Benefits Management, and select Set Up Caseworker Productivity Analytics.
