          View and Manage Assets in Agentforce Revenue Management

          Use the Assets tab on account and contract pages to track and oversee purchased products and services. This centralized view helps you to perform essential lifecycle tasks, such as changing renewal terms or enabling auto-renewal.

          For usage-based products, the Asset record page includes a specialized Usage Rates tab that provides visibility into customer consumption and pricing structures. Reviewing these rate cards helps you understand the exact financial and resource parameters associated with an asset before you begin tasks like amendments or renewals.

          • Manage Assets in Agentforce Revenue Management
            To track and oversee your purchased products, use the Assets tab on account and contract pages to view and edit asset records. From this centralized view, you can perform essential lifecycle tasks like changing renewal terms or enabling auto-renewal. Transaction Management copies the auto-renewal status to subsequent stages, such as copying the status from a contract's assets to corresponding quote line items.
          • View Rate Cards for Usage-Based Assets
            To understand the financial and resource parameters of a customer's purchase, view the usage resources associated with their usage-based assets. The rate card provides detailed information on included resources, quantities rated to the customer, rates per resource, and tier pricing.
