Grant Access to Record Alerts

Give your Salesforce users access to the Record Alert object and make sure they have access to the objects on which Record Alerts can appear.

1. From Setup, in the Quick Find box, enter Profiles, and then select Profiles.
2. Click the Edit link next to the profile you want to change.
3. In Tab Settings, set tab visibility for Record Alerts.
4. In Standard Object Permissions, set permissions for Record Alerts, and save your changes.
5. Repeat for any other profiles that need this permission.
