Salesforce uses Omnistudio FlexCard components to display
alerts on record pages. Customize your alert FlexCards to give users clickable actions that change
based on the information on the card.

To use FlexCards and Integration Procedures for Record Alerts:

The FlexCard Designer is a declarative tool that makes it easy to build
Lightning web components without code. You build a FlexCard by dragging elements onto its
canvas. Creating UI components with FlexCards is all about sourcing the data and displaying and
organizing the returned information in a meaningful way.
In the OmniStudio app, from the navigation bar, select OmniStudio
FlexCards.
Click a component to customize it.
Use these preconfigured cards as templates for your own alert cards:
ServiceExcellenceAlertCard
Parent component containing ServiceExcellenceSingleAlert and
ServiceExcellenceGroupedAlert configuration.
Tip The ServiceExcellenceGenericAlertCard doesn’t aggregate child alerts. Use this card if you
don’t need aggregation. Setup is quicker and easier because you don’t have to define the
properties related to aggregation.
Mix and match these configurations to customize your alert cards:

Customize the design of one alert.

Customize the design of aggregated alerts.
ServiceExcellenceSnoozeFlyout
Customize the SnoozeFlyout action. For example, update the text in the window.

Note Cloning, customizing, and editing of FlexCards and Integration
Procedures aren't supported in Summer '22.
