            Turn on Record Alert Access

            Let your users who have access to a What Record see its associated record alerts. Users who have access to a What Record have read access to the Record Alerts associated with the What Record, even if the owner of the record alert didn’t grant the user access to the record alert.

            Required Editions

            Available in: Professional, Enterprise, and Unlimited Editions
            User Permissions Needed
            To give users access to record alerts:

            Rule Engine Designer

            AND

            Access Record Alerts for Business Rules Engine

            AND

            Industries Service Excellence
            1. From Setup, in the Quick Find box, enter Record Alert Access, and then select Record Alert Access.
            2. Select Turn on Record Alert Access.
