Understand the Sample Task Recommendation Flow

To see the sample flow, in Flow Builder, go to Task Recommendation - Sample Flow. Activate the flow before using it. To activate the flow, open the sample flow, click Save As, then click Activate. When you create a flow, enable the appropriate settings for objects that you want to use in your flow.

These rules are considered in the sample flow.

• If there’s a promotion for a product, recommend the same set of metrics that were more than {n%} non-compliant during a previous visit to the same store. To execute this rule, you must turn on Einstein Visit Recommendations.
• If there’s an open survey invitation for a store, recommend an In-Store Survey task. To execute this rule, you must turn on Survey Settings.
• If a product in a store is identified as out of stock during a previous visit, recommend the Order Capture task.
