          In-App Dashboards

          You can access the in-app dashboards through the app in CRM Analytics Studio.

          Required Editions

          Available in Enterprise, Performance, and Unlimited editions where Consumer Goods Cloud is enabled.

          Here’s some general information about the dashboards and the questions they answer.

          1. From the App Launcher, select Analytics Studio to open the CRM Analytics home page.
          2. Under Browse in the left column, select All Items.
          3. Select the Apps tab, then click your app. If you can’t immediately find it, consult your Salesforce administrator to find out the name they gave it when creating the app.

          Now that your app is open, click the Dashboards tab to see a list of all the app’s dashboards. Find the Sales Manager Home dashboard, and open it. The home dashboard gives sales managers quick insight into top key metrics of your retail business. Get an overview of your sales rep performance, territory’s revenue, stores that need attention, products that need attention, and whitespaces for products.

          Sales Rep Performance

          The Sales Rep Performance dashboard helps you identify sales reps who need attention and improve their performance. The dashboard opens to the Team Performance page with charts that show a leaderboard of the sales reps and how they perform over time. Determine best practices for top performing reps based on correlation between two KPIs.

          • Team Performance
            • Who are my top-performing reps?
            • Who needs attention?
          • Sales Rep’s Performance
            • How’s the sales rep performing compared to the team’s average?
            • What are the strengths and areas of improvement?

          Store Performance

          The Store Performance dashboard’s charts answer the following questions about your stores.

          • Performance
            • How are my stores performing?
            • Which of my stores need attention?
          • Correlation
            • How are the retail execution KPIs affecting store performance?
            • How are the store visits affecting store compliance and revenue?

          Territory Performance

          The Territory Performance dashboard’s charts answer the following questions about your territory.

          • What’s the sales trend in my territory?
          • Which cities in my territory have a significant decline in sales?
          • What are the top-performing accounts, products, or product categories?

          Whitespace Analysis

          The Whitespace Analysis dashboard identifies the stores with whitespaces for a product or category based on the store sales. The dashboard’s charts show sales trends of a product or category, a leaderboard of products based on revenue or quantity, and answer the following questions.

          • Which stores have the potential to sell the top-selling products?
          • Can we introduce the product or category in new stores?

          Product Performance

          The Product Performance dashboard gives you actionable insights into products, product categories, brands, and assortments. You can also measure the effectiveness of a promotion across products or product categories. The dashboard charts answer the following questions.

          • How are the products, categories, brands, and assortments performing?
          • Which products or categories need my attention?
          • What are the high-performing and low-performing products?
          • How did the newly launched products perform during the last 180 days?
