            Action Plan Template

            Action plan template is a reusable framework that you can use to schedule visits where the set of activities to be performed in each visit remains constant.

            Required Editions

            Available in Lightning Experience in Professional, Unlimited, and Enterprise Editions that have Consumer Goods Cloud enabled.
            • Create an Action Plan Template
              You can create one action plan template and associate it to multiple visits.
            • Add Tasks and Flows to Action Plan Template
              Add the list of activities that are performed together in a store to an action plan template. You can add both tasks and flows to one action plan template.
            • Publish a Template
              You need to publish a template before you can use it to create visits. Ensure that you’ve added the required tasks and flows before you publish a template as you can’t edit a published template.
