Add the list of activities that are performed together in a store to an action plan
template. You can add both tasks and flows to one action plan template.

Enterprise Editions that have Consumer Goods Cloud enabled.
Associate Delivery Task to Action Plan Template Add a delivery tasks in an action plan template. So when you use the action plan template for a visit, this task gets associated to the visit.
Associate Flow to Action Plan Template Your Salesforce Admin can create flows for activities that are specific to your business and not covered as a regular Consumer Goods task type. You can then add these flows in an action plan template and your field reps can perform these activities at a store.
Add a Component Task to an Action Plan Template You can create tasks in an action plan template using Lightning Web Components. Field reps can execute tasks that are customized according to your business needs.
Associate Tasks to an Action Plan Template Add simple tasks, such as meet the store manager, that are commonly combined in a single action plan template. When you use the action plan template for a visit these tasks get associated with the visit.
