While on a store visit, field reps perform certain activities related to the different
aspects of retail execution. You can define these activities as assessment task definitions.
Assessment Task definition holds information such as name, description, category, and type of
task.

Types of Assessment Tasks Definitions You can create several types of assessment task definitions to capture business data. Inventory checks, planogram checks, in-store surveys, promotion checks, or order creation are provided by Consumer Goods. You can even create custom tasks for your specific business needs. You can add multiple KPI-based tasks to a visit.
Prerequisites for Creating an Assessment Task Definition To enable your field reps to capture required data while performing, you must create and associate relevant records. For example, if you create an inventory check task but don't associate it with an in-store location, field reps wouldn’t know where in the store the task must be performed.
