          Assessment Tasks

          When you assign an action plan template to a visit, assessment tasks and retail visit KPIs are created. Assessment tasks are created based on the assessment task definitions in your action plan template and the retail visit KPIs are created based on retail store KPIs.

          Required Editions

          Available in Lightning Experience in Professional, Unlimited, and Enterprise Editions that have Consumer Goods Cloud enabled.

          Retail visit KPIs are created if Consumer Goods cloud is activated in your org. Along with the Consumer Goods cloud, if the Financial Services, Health, or Public Sector cloud is activated, and the Partner Visit Management preference is enabled in any of these clouds, then retail visit KPIs aren’t created.

          The store product display order and the assessment task indicator definition display order decide the retail visit KPI sequence. The store product display order takes priority over the assessment task indicator definition display order. So, in retail visit KPI records, the store display order appears as the primary display order and the assessment task definition display order appears as the secondary display order. Thus, the store product display order decides the retail visit KPI sequence within a task. But if multiple assessment indicators are defined for a product, then all the retail visit KPIs have the same primary display order. Then, the assessment task indicator definition display order decides the retail visit KPI sequence. If a retail visit KPI doesn’t have a display order, it appears at the bottom of the KPI list.

          Based on the Assessment Definition Task Type, these Assessment Tasks are created.

          • Planogram Check: If the following conditions are fulfilled, retail visit KPIs are created for a planogram check task.
            • Retail Store KPI is available for Assessment Indicator Definition and Assessment Task Definition associations.
            • In the Retail Store KPI, the Planogram field isn’t empty.
            • In-Store Location Category and Products mentioned in the Retail Store KPI match the In-Store location and Product association.
          • Promotion Check: If the following conditions are fulfilled, retail visit KPIs are created for a promotion check task. Retail Visit KPIs are created irrespective of whether a promotion is associated with a retail store, retail store group, or an account.
            • Retail Store KPI is available for Assessment Indicator Definition and Assessment Task Definition associations.
            • In the Retail Store KPI, the Promotion field isn’t empty.
          • Custom Task: If the following conditions are fulfilled, retail visit KPIs are created for a custom task.
            • Retail Store KPI is available for Assessment Indicator Definition and Assessment Task Definition associations.
            • In the Retail Store KPI, the Custom Context field isn’t empty.
          • Inventory Check: If the following conditions are fulfilled, retail visit KPIs are created for an inventory check task.
            • Retail Store KPI is available for Assessment Indicator Definition and Assessment Task Definition associations.
            • In the Retail Store KPI, the Custom Context, Promotion, and Planogram field is empty.
