Execute visits by performing tasks such as check inventory, product placement, and
in-store promotions. Or you take orders to restock the inventory or upsell your company’s other
product offerings. You conduct surveys to gather feedback from store staff and customers.
Required Editions
Available in Lightning Experience in Professional, Unlimited, and
Enterprise Editions that have Consumer Goods Cloud enabled.
Consumer Goods Visit Execution App The new Consumer Goods Visit Execution app lets your reps perform all visit execution tasks without physically visiting stores. You can access all visit execution mobile capabilities on a desktop to monitor and engage your stores virtually. You can’t scan a product in the app. Also, for the Place Order task, the Confirm button is disabled.
Consumer Goods Mobile App The Salesforce Consumer Goods mobile app helps you stay organized while you juggle your tasks. The app provides an aggregated view of the most relevant, actionable information on your mobile device without logging into multiple systems. You can focus on the tasks at hand each day, view key information for each visit, and take notes on the fly within the context of your tasks.
Getting Started with the Consumer Goods Cloud Offline Mobile App The Consumer Goods Cloud offline mobile app lets you record data while executing visits even when you’re offline. You can sync your mobile device with data from Salesforce anytime you want. Data that you enter on your device is uploaded to Salesforce during background sync.
