You can take notes at two levels: the overall visit level or the store level.
Required Editions
Available in Lightning Experience in Professional, Unlimited, and
Enterprise Editions that have Consumer Goods Cloud enabled.
You can see all associated notes on the Notes tab of a visit. You can
also take notes for each task and can easily identify the task notes by the task name
associated with it.
For each note, you can also view the time when you took the notes.
Click More at the top of the page and then click New
Notes to take fresh notes.
