          Create a Task

          While on a visit, if a rep identifies an opportunity to service a store but the task isn’t assigned to them, they can create a task.

          Required Editions

          Available in Lightning Experience in Professional, Unlimited, and Enterprise Editions that have Consumer Goods Cloud enabled.
          User Permissions Needed
          To create a task CGCloud Sales User OR CGCloud Retail Sales User
          1. On the Visit list page, click a visit.
          2. Click Menu on the top right and click Add a Task.
            All the recent action plan templates that were used for the store are displayed.
          3. In Templates, search and select an action plan template.
            All the tasks that are associated with the selected action plan template are displayed with their type, name, and associated assessment indicators.
          4. Select the required tasks.
            You can select more than one task. If you already have an inventory, planogram, or promotion tasks in your task list, you can add another task of the same type. But if you already have an in-store survey or place order task in your task list, you can’t add another task of the same type.
          5. Save your changes.
            You can see the newly added tasks below the previously added tasks in the task list. Perform the task like the other tasks that were assigned to you for the visit.
