          Coexistence of Agentforce Revenue Management with Salesforce CPQ

          Agentforce Revenue Management and Salesforce CPQ can coexist in a Salesforce org that has both Revenue Cloud and Salesforce CPQ provisioned. This coexistence is applicable for Salesforce orgs with the Agentforce Revenue Management Advance license.

          Enabled Features Salesforce CPQ Impact Agentforce Revenue Management Impact
          Only Salesforce CPQ is installed. Salesforce CPQ users can use all the CPQ features. Features such as quotes, document generation, Advanced Approvals, Customer Asset Lifecycle Management (CALM) Asset Generation, Order Management, and Usage-Based Pricing, work as expected. Not applicable
          Salesforce CPQ is installed and Agentforce Revenue Management is enabled. Billing in Revenue Cloud is disabled. Salesforce CPQ users can use all the CPQ features. Features such as quotes, document generation, Advanced Approvals, Customer Asset Lifecycle Management (CALM) Asset Generation, Order Management, and Usage-Based Pricing, work as expected. Agentforce Revenue Management works as expected. See Supported Agentforce Revenue Management Features.

          Supported Agentforce Revenue Management Features

          When coexisting with Salesforce CPQ, Agentforce Revenue Management users can:

          • Create quotes, orders, and contracts.
          • Activate orders to create corresponding assets.
          • Amend, renew, or cancel orders, and create corresponding assets.
