Coexistence of Agentforce Revenue Management with Subscription Management
Revenue Management and Subscription Management can coexist in a Salesforce org that has both Revenue Management and Subscription Management provisioned.

Supported Revenue Management Features
When coexisting with Subscription Management, Revenue Management users can:
- Create quotes, orders, and contracts.
- Activate orders to create corresponding assets.
- Amend, renew, or cancel orders, and create corresponding assets.
Revenue Management Limitations
Here are the limitations for Revenue Management users when Revenue Management coexists with Subscription Management:
- You can’t turn on Billing in Revenue Management when Subscription Management is enabled in your org. To disable Subscription Management and enable Billing, contact Salesforce Support.
- If you turn on Billing in Revenue Management after disabling Subscription Management, you will not be able to use Subscription Management data in Billing.
- Revenue Management users can’t use existing Subscription Management quotes to generate orders and assets unless pricing fields are updated.
- Revenue Management users can’t update existing product bundles. To get this access, contact Salesforce Support.
