Billing Analytics dashboards provide a comprehensive view of billing operations within Revenue Cloud, enabling organizations to monitor invoicing efficiency, payment trends, and account-level billing behavior. Designed to support finance and operations teams, the Overview and Invoices dashboards, grouped under the Billing Central dashboard, offer real-time visibility into revenue recognition, billing health, and outstanding receivables. Overview
Use the Overview dashboard to track and analyze the overall billing performance, customer behavior, and booked revenue health of your organization. This dashboard provides a high-level view of essential billing metrics such as revenue, net receivables, and invoicing trends.
Invoices
