          Build your Data 360 Connection

          Configure your Data 360 connection for Agentforce Revenue Management.

          Required Editions

          Available in: Lightning Experience
          Available in: Enterprise, Unlimited, and Developer editions with Revenue Management, formerly Revenue Cloud.

          To use the Billing Analytics feature, you must have the the Revenue Cloud Advanced license and the Revenue Cloud Billing license of Revenue Management. Contact your Salesforce account executive for more information.

          User Permissions Needed
          To access Data Cloud Setup: Data Cloud Architect
          1. To check if Data 360 is enabled on your Salesforce org, from Setup, in the Quick Find box enter Data Cloud Setup, and select Data Cloud Setup Home.
            If Data 360 is enabled, you’ll see details regarding your Data 360 instance on your home org along with your Salesforce org details. If it isn’t enabled, in the Set Up Data Cloud section click Get Started to set up Data Cloud.
          2. To enable data exchange between your Salesforce org and Data 360, connect Data 360 to your Salesforce org.
            1. From Setup, in the Quick Find box, enter Salesforce CRM and select Salesforce CRM.
            2. Click New.
            3. Click Connect to a Salesforce org.
            4. After your org is connected, verify that the connection is visible and active.
          3. To organize and manage your Data 360 data, use a data space. You can use the default data space in your Salesforce org. To create a new data space:
            1. In Setup, find and select Data Spaces.
            2. Click New to create data spaces.
