          Event Credit Usage

When you purchase a Revenue Cloud license, revenue events are granted upon activation of the contract. You can use these granted events according to the contract length, without any daily or monthly limits.

Event credit usage applies to Revenue Cloud features.

Revenue Cloud calculates event credit usage based on user type.

          Pricing

Usage is calculated based on the invocation of Pricing APIs that lead to a successful pricing attempt.

A pricing API call is deemed as successful even if certain lines in a transaction aren’t priced, which can happen due to misconfiguration or inability to get relevant price information. A pricing API call is successful when an attempt is made to price a line item and when the price is calculated and returned or an error code is logged.
