The components of a sync process are:
Data sync depends on Standard Salesforce REST APIs and Custom APEX REST APIs.
Use tracked objects and named fetched trees to ensure that mobile devices receive only the data that is required to support your business. You can choose to sync data multiple times a day. But maintain a balance between supporting your business and syncing frequency because each sync uses API calls and network bandwidth.
