          Sync Errors in CG Cloud Offline Mobile App

          If you encounter an error during initial sync, application start, or First Sync of the Day (FSOD), error codes appear in the offline mobile app.Here’s the list of error codes, description, and possible resolution for the errors.

          Available in: Agentforce 1, Einstein 1, Enterprise, and Unlimited editions with Consumer Goods Cloud Retail Execution and Agentforce for Consumer Goods Cloud add-on licenses.

          Sync Errors on Mobile Devices
          Error Code Description Action
          App launch errors
          U0000 An error during initialization due to which the offline mobile app can’t continue. Verify the configuration of the offline mobile app and try again.
          U0001 No internet connection. Connect to the internet.
          U0002 Unable to generate a unique LU for the device. Work with your admin to verify the system configuration especially the profile’s access rights, permission sets, org-wide defaults.
          Authentication errors
          U1000 User authentication failed. Enter the correct credentials and try again.
          U1001 Attempt to log in with a User ID other than the registered user ID of the device. Log in using the registered user Id.
          U1002 Login isn’t possible as the host name isn’t available.
          U1003 The launch URL used for starting the application isn’t valid. Enter the correct launch URL.
          U1004 The user is denied authorization. Check whether the user id is valid and the you’ve the required permissions.
          U1005 The user canceled the log in process. Try to sync again.
          U1006 The device is insecure and at least one device access security feature of the operating system must be enabled to run the app. Enable the device access security feature of the operating system and try again.
          Sync errors
          U2000 The Purge Data step failed.
          U2001 Sync download failed.
          U2002 Error while processing the downloaded data.
          U2003 The user canceled the sync.
          U2004 Sync was canceled as the token has expired.
          U2005 Named query execution failed.
          U2006 Mobile sales organization isn’t defined. Define a mobile sales organization.
          U2007 Error while downloading metadata.
          General error
          U9000 Limited or no network connectivity. Connect to a stable internet connection.
          Unknown error
          U9999 Error codes don’t match any of the default error codes. Try to sync again.
          TQ errors
          TQNotRegisteredUser Offline mobile app is registered to another user. Log in with the registered credentials.
          TQAppUpgradeRequiredMsg The app needs an upgrade to continue. Download the latest app from the App Store.
          TQAuthenticationExpiryWarningMsg The user took more that 5 minutes to authenticate the offline mobile app. Enter credentials within 5 minutes of starting the offline mobile app.
          TQAuthenticateNowMsg Authentication expired. Authenticate to continue using the offline mobile app.
          TQAuthenticationRequiredMsg Authentication is required. Authenticate or work offline.
