          Sync History

          The Sync History page shows information about sync attempts, sync duration, sync type, user information, sync status, sync KPIs, and all sync-related data that is uploaded and downloaded.

          Available in: Agentforce 1, Einstein 1, Enterprise, and Unlimited editions with Consumer Goods Cloud Retail Execution and Agentforce for Consumer Goods Cloud add-on licenses.

          Generate detailed reports from the Sync History object. Use these reports to analyze sync trends.

          Here are a few reports that you can generate from the object:

          • Common connectivity types of mobile devices
          • Frequency of mobile device synchronization
          • Number of records synchronized in one cycle
          • Average utilization of the API calls during synchronization
          • Check Sync History
            Generate logs to view sync details. Review KPIs to monitor and troubleshoot sync performance.
          • Sync History Filters
            Use filters to view specific sync history.
          • Sync History Details Filters
            From the Sync History Details page, check the detailed information about sync steps for a sync type on a mobile device. Apply filters to fine-tune the logs.
          • Sync Performance Analysis with KPIs
            Use the Sync History KPIs page to get detailed insights into sync performance and proactively manage system performance and user experience. This feature simplifies troubleshooting of sync issues and reduces dependency on Salesforce support.
