          Import Mobile App Themes

          Import core theme as an exported mobile app theme CSV file to the target Salesforce app. You can import only the color settings that include macros of the theme’s UI components.

          Required Editions

          Available in: Lightning Experience

          Available in: Agentforce 1, Einstein 1, Enterprise, and Unlimited editions with Consumer Goods Cloud Retail Execution and Agentforce for Consumer Goods Cloud add-on licenses.

          After importing a core theme to your current or upgraded Consumer Goods Cloud app, you can edit the theme and attach the mobile app theming zip file. If the existing theme is a core theme, the import succeeds only if the imported file is also a core theme. The import process replaces the existing core theme in the app and becomes the new core theme. Importing a theme doesn't affect your custom, or cloned or customized themes.

          1. From the App Launcher of your target Salesforce org, find and select Sync Management.
          2. Click Mobile App Themes.
          3. Click Import Theme.
          4. Click Choose File and select the CSV file of the mobile app theme that you want to import.
          5. If the theme detail exists in the associated Salesforce org and you want to overwrite it with the contents of the CSV file, click Overwrite existing theme.
          6. Click Import.
            If you overwrite the existing theme, the label languages in the existing theme that aren’t in the imported theme are retained. The label languages in the existing theme that are also in the import file are overwritten. New label languages are added in the import file.
          • Common Errors While Importing Mobile App Themes
            When you try to import a mobile app theme, the import operation sometimes fails with an error message if the theme file requirements aren’t met. Check the list of the common errors and the possible reasons or resolutions. The import file size must be less than or equal to 500 KB.
