            Map Users, Roles, and Profiles

            Create assignments between users, profiles, and roles for all levels in the configuration tree by using the Assignment page.

            Required Editions

            Available in: Lightning Experience

            Available in: Agentforce 1, Einstein 1, Enterprise, and Unlimited editions with Consumer Goods Cloud Retail Execution and Agentforce for Consumer Goods Cloud add-on licenses.
            1. From the App Launcher, find and select Sync Management.
            2. Click the Sync Configurator tab.
            3. Click Assignments.
            4. To create a mapping, click New.
            5. Select a sales organization.
            6. From the Mapping Option list, select an option.
            7. Perform one of these actions.
              • If you selected User, search and select a user to map to the Mapped User field that appears.
              • If you selected Role, select a role to map to the Mapped Role field that appears.
              • If you selected Profile, select a profile to map to the Mapped Profile field that appears.
            8. Save your changes.
