Set Up Net Zero Cloud Users
Configure user profiles, permission sets, and other security features in your Net Zero Cloud org.

As a system administrator, before you configure the app:
- Confirm that your org has the Net Zero Cloud permission set license. If not, contact your account executive.
- If your org has the Net Zero Cloud permission set license, assign yourself the Net Zero Cloud permission set license and the Net Zero Cloud Manager permission set.
- Enable Net Zero Cloud
To efficiently capture and audit your carbon footprint, enable Net Zero Cloud. - Create Net Zero Cloud Profiles
A profile defines how users access objects and data and what they can do in the app. Typically Net Zero Cloud profile names reflect the role of the user. Assign users a profile based on their role. To assign permissions specific to Net Zero Cloud, clone an existing Salesforce Standard User profile and assign the corresponding permission sets to users. - Enable App Access
Enable access to the Net Zero Cloud app for your profile. - Add Net Zero Cloud Users
Add and assign profiles to Net Zero Cloud users. - Assign a Permission Set License to Users
The features that a user can access depend on the permission set license assigned to the user. If the license isn’t available, contact your account executive. - Permission Sets in Net Zero Cloud
The Salesforce platform, which underlies Net Zero Cloud , provides many base permission sets. The available permission sets depend on the product solution and add-ons that you purchase. Net Zero Cloud provides additional permission sets.
