Contracts require negotiation for which you can collaborate on individual contract documents. A well-coordinated and synchronized parallel review process can significantly reduce errors, cycle time, and loss of intermediate information. Salesforce Contracts tracks and shows the changes by using redlines and including the details about who made the change and when.

Internal review enables authorized team members to analyze and verify contract information, ensuring accuracy and completeness. - External Review
Contract authors can initiate an external reviews, where individuals or parties outside of Salesforce evaluate, provide feedback, suggest changes, or seek clarifications on a document. External reviewers can easily access documents for review. After the external reviewer provides their input, the contract author incorporates the feedback and checks in the final version of the document for further processing within Salesforce.
