          Create Users and Assign Permission Sets for Salesforce Contracts

          To perform Salesforce Contracts and DocGen activities, you must create relevant users and assign applicable permission sets.

          1. From Setup, in the Quick Find box, enter Users and then select Users.
          2. Click New User.
          3. Enter these details:
            1. First Name
            2. Last Name
            3. Alias
            4. Email Address
            5. Username, unique username in the form of an email address.
            6. Nickname
          4. Select Salesforce as User License. The user license determines which profiles are available for the user.
          5. Select a relevant Role.
          6. Select a relevant Profile.
          7. Select Salesforce CRM Content User.
          8. Select Generate new password and notify user immediately to have the user’s login name and a temporary password emailed to the new user.
          9. Save your changes.
          10. In the Permission Set Assignments related list, click Edit Assignments.
          11. In the Available Permission Set list, select applicable permission set for Salesforce Contracts, Clause, DocGen, Obligation, Microsoft 365 Word, and Omnistudio. Click Add, then save your changes.
          12. Log in as the user that you just created from the email received.
          13. Repeat these steps to create all the required users.
